This is fairly close to what I want to make, except in white with a blacked-out c-pillar and more classic wheels.

He may just be a big bloke, and the Toledo was a little shorter than the Dolomite (which is about 2002 sized), but they're still teeny cars.

I was thinking the 16v 2.0l from the Dolomite Sprint, but a bike engine might go nicely too.
